Creating a visual direction with the employer value proposition (EVP) as a strategic base and the Symetri brand as a visual reference.

A design summary

I wanted the visual direction to capture an inclusive, warm, and positive atmosphere, filled with activity and stories. The secondary colors from the Symetri color palette became the main colors for the employer branding concept, and the scribbled pattern effect symbolized the constant flow of ideas and work in progress.
